this guy takes 7 long minutes to say something which effectively takes him 30 seconds to demonstrate, but it's still worth watching.

this technique doesn't directly translate to the 500 due to 12 pads vs 16 pads but with a few small changes (say eliminating the entire right hand row of pads and just relying on the same hits which he duplicates on the far left hand side) it can easily work.

Listen, everyone is coming from different backrounds. While might be too long winded for you, I get emails from people asking me to slow down. It's a 7 miniute video on an entire musical method. Nothing wrong with explaining why you arrived at somthing.
