Trap beat - snare roll

Hello guys,
I am a user of mpc2500, I was wondering, what is the best way to play trap drums live, specially the snare rolls, please I need some advices about the tempo and if there is any tricks or notes too will be great. Please let me know if any one have interesting advices and tricks to share. Thanks

if you mean like a pitched snare roll, i record a snare roll in a sequence for example then sample that snare roll and assign it to a pad, then use one of the qlink sliders to adjust it while it plays. i used it on a song once it worked ok.

pitch snare to 16 pads, hold note repeat with 1/32 timing... and play pads in order that sound good

if you use JJOSXL you can use pattern to pad, and make rolls that stay in tempo.
