Yes, I know how to do this on the 2kxl and 4k, it's not hard at all. Ren doesn't have sliders so it's won't feel the same.
Assign note variation slider/ q-link fader to pitch/tune. Set pad to one shot mono so it cuts itself when pressed again. Everytime you press the pad move the slider to simulate back and forth tt movement.
