Using MPC Live II to make Dub music

Hello all,

I recently bought a preamp, and I've connected it to my MPC Live II to use some of the effects like delay, reverb, etc.

I was wondering if someone also uses the MPC Live II to make dub music and if there's some tips to share.

I'm trying to use a Delay, controlled by an Akai Midimix connected to the MPC, but I just can't make it sound good..

What do you mean by you can't make it sound good?
I use my MPC One to add FX to external instruments without issues. You need to make sure the levels are ok and map the midimix controls to your effect and mixer parameters. I use an old Behringer BCR2000 to control stuff just fine...
