Does anyone do live performances with their mpcs? if so, whats a good way to come up with a good routine and to practice.

Depends on what use for the MPC. Will there be a drummer as well? Are you using it as a sequencer only or do you intend to hit the pads at all during the preformance? Will a percussionist be triggering the MPC from an outside source or will you be sending him a click? (You'll need the 8 outs if you're playing samples and sending a click) I've seen artists who use a big loop and create an entire piece "live".....There's lots of way's to incorporate an MPC into a live show but it depends on your art...
