Mpc software freezing after processing samples

After extracting sample on mpc x in controller mode and pressing do it the screen on the mpc and computer (mac os mojave) the freezes on processing until I either press cancel or the tab button on my keyboard then it completes what its doing. Any one else have this problem. Been like this since ever since i owned X couple months. Cant rember if i had this problem with the live.

Does it still crash if the X isn't connected?? I do it all the time here, but Im using the Studio with the software. It crashes plenty but never while processing a sample or anything. Its usually cause of a plugin doing weird shit to it.

Naw it never actually crashes. It just hangs on that screen saying processing untill i press the tab key
