knob sends signal but program does not turn the knobs

I bought an akai Mini MPK 3 and have been very satisfied so far. In the beginning everything worked. The next day I wanted to build a beat and noticed that the knobs weren't working. In the display of the Mpk3 a singnal is shown exactly as in the MPC Beats program in the upper right corner. Unfortunately, the controls only change with the mouse in the MPC Beats program.
What did I do wrong?

Try EDIT -> PREFERENCES -> MIDI/SYNC -> enable CONTROL where MK3 indicated. Shall work.
