Audio not playing

I got an Akai MPK mini mk3 for my birthday. After installing all my software, I loaded up the MPC beats app. I tried playing one of the pre-made beats, but I heard no sound. I tried using the Trap/Lofi plugin and using my Akai pads, but I still hear nothing
