Match MIDI Tempo to Audio tempo

Hi there!

I created a beat out of an Audio sample and added some MIDI tracks to it (drums etc.). Now I want to change the tempo of the whole beat, but when I just change the bpm, the MIDI sounds seem not to be matching the audio file any more.

Anyone can help?

I hope there's not another post to this topic yet, bit I didn't find any...

You may want to convert your audio sample to a patched phrase. Look up in the manual or on youtube how to do that. Have fun and good luck!

First of all: Thanks for the quick repsonse.

I converted the audio file to a patched phrase and replaced the original audio file with the patched phrase (ending with "pp") in the audio track.

But when I change the project's bpm, same thing again. The drums do not match the audio track.

What did I do wrong? Are there any further steps that I did leave out?

Maybe make a video so you can show what is happening..
