No Project Browser in MPC Beats 2.14.0?

All the Training Videos show the Graphic Window upon creating a new project. Howver the Browser Icon in Bottom right does bring up all my installed templates, demos, projects,

Is the Graphic Browser No Longer Implemented in MPC BEATS 2.14.0 for MAC OS????
