Changing the cursor between select/draw mode by hitting a ke

This'd speed up the workflow.
Now I always have to scroll to the actual icon, which makes it slow when I'm doing a lot of midi editing that involves selecting, copying, and drawing....when I'd like to keep my cursor focus on the midi notes.

For example, maybe the computer key C could act as the key ("c" for "cursor").

You can do this by pressing 1 and 2 on the computer keyboard.
