MPC Studio install Hardware Driver not working

I bought an MPC studio yesterday and I am already having trouble with installing the hardware driver. my computer is only a year old so it meets all of the requirements for the software but every time i try to install the hardware it keeps saying that it failed and to try again. I tried restarting the computer but nothing works, no the mpc is not plugged in yet. Somebody please help me!
