I have few tracks which were created in MPC 1000. I just have those tracks (for an entire song) and don't have the MPC with me now. Is there any software which I can use to play those tracks and covert them to WAV file?

Yes, the MPC Software, it should play back most things, apart from effects, but you'll probably need to tweak things like filters, lfo, mixer settings etc.
