Interruption in midi input since 2.3

I keep having to deselect then select my midi input of my midi input from my external midi interface in the preference menu because the software stops receiving midi notes.just started happening to me since the update. Anyone else having this problem?

Uninstalled then reinstalled akai software and so far so good
