MPC Beats Software

Hello.
I have a question about MPC Beats and VST. I’ve got problem import all of my vst. I’ve installed vst in ver. 32 and 64 bit plugins and problem not solved. There is a message in the settings „ignore”.

I've registered my new Akai Pro MPK249 and after 3 days fighting with my PC I've got to download VIP, Hybrid, Sonivox, the software associated to my device, and even activated them in iLok, EXCEPT MPC BEATS !!!. I open the link for its free download, complete the form, submit it and receive the response that it has been sent and I will receive an email with the link to download MPC Beats. I first did it on friday 5 of march 2021 and after several attempts I still do not receive any email. I've tried with Chrome and Edge. Is to soon to worry or have I a problem?
