new to MPC BEATS

I recently got an Akai MPK Mini and I'm using the MPC Beats DAW to start making beats. Under the sample edit tab, I've made all of my sample chops and used the "non-destructive convert" function to make a new program. However, when I go back to the home tab, or any other tab, when I press the pads, the chops won't play. They will only play when I'm in the sample edit tab.

I've checked the audio devices under Preferences to ensure I'm using my ASIO4ALL v2 soundcard. I don't know what else could be the problem.

Relatively new to all of this as well.

When you create your chops and make a new Program... you have to make sure you assign that Program to an unused Track (or swap it with your current Program). Then, everything should play.
