Hello everyone!
New to the community and Im excited to learn my way around this craft.
Yesterday I purchased an Akai MPK Mini mk3 after work and I was up till 4:30 in the morning dicking around with it.
Now keep in mind that Im brand new so this may be a silly question.
But I kept running into an issue when I was trying to add a second track for piano keys to some shitty beat I was playing with. But I was unable to get the keys to produce sound. MPC Beats seemed to recognize that I was pressing keys, but no sound.
Is the issue that I don't have a keygroup program? This seems strange to me as the demos and templates that come with the program include a full piano, but I could never seem to get the keyboard set up the same way in an empty file.
I understand this was probably jumbled and nonsensical so please feel free to make me clarify things. Ill do my best.
