uninstall issues on Mac

Just as the topic says. I’m on a Mac and I can’t even uninstall the mpc software. The new 2.8.1 has been really buggy for me so I’m either going to downgrade or reinstall. Probably reinstall as the link provided for 2.7 to me is Share point and My email is not in the share point directory so I can’t even use the link they provided me with. Any ideas as to why I can’t even uninstall the software?

Can you explain exactly what you mean by 'can't uninstall'? What is the exact error you are getting? Please give more details on the problem.

On a Mac, there is an uninstaller in Library > Application Support > Akai > MPC, run this (and the separate driver uninstaller) and reboot, then install the older version. Worked every time for me.

Literally when I (attempt) to open the Uninstaller nothing happens. It won’t open.
