MPC SOFTWARE 2 work with MPC 4000???

HI

CAN I use akai sys to drag my seq files and multi and edit it directly thru MPC SOFTWARE 2 ? Or I guess a better question is, is there any legacy integration with MPC SOFTWARE 2 ???? Maybe it's a dumb question idk if all MPC sequence / sample / song / multi files are the same but if they are does this mean I Can use MPC SOFTWARE 2 WITH My 4000 the way one would use MPC SOFTWARE 2 with the NEW devices? Like MPC One, X , live

I realize this. I run Akai Sys on Windows XP virtual machine to transfer my files to shared folder. My question is if i can use these files from Akai Sys I got from my mpc 4000 in the MPC software 2.
