External Full Sized Keyboard

Hi,
I've just purchased an Akia MPK Mini MK III. However I want the flexibility of being able to use a full sized keyboard. I tried hooking up my Roland RS-70 via USB to the MPC Beats software, however for some reason it doesn't respond. Can you tell me is it possible to substitute the mini keyboard for a full sized keyboard?

Any controller can work with MPC Beats/Software. Check the MIDI settings in the software, check the USB cable. Maybe you have to install a driver for the Roland keyboard.
