Hello guys, I use to record with a band in a studio, and I want to remix some of our tracks using partly the MPC (drums and perc) and some stems of live instruments. Do you consider MPC Beats to be too limited for that purpose ?

I see that i can only import 2 audio tracks, which is a big problem for me. I am a beginner on the DAW, but I wonder if I shouldn't use MPC Beats as a plugin on Ableton Live instead... Any advice ? Thanks a lot.

MOST OF US here use the MPC hardware, the software is a dope bonus. AKAIs strongpoint is not its software, I would go with NI or ableton when it comes to software. if u use MS windows, FLoops is looking solid with that new FIRE & its cheap.

Thanks to both of you for your help. Also, I have an MPC Live coming in a few weeks, I believe the full MPC software comes with it, right ? I see the price of $99 on their website, if I own a Hardware, it should come together, right ?
