I just recently downloaded and update to MPC 2.10 with no hesitation after seeing the new features on Youtube.
But little did I realize MPC 2.10 only works in standalone mode. I tried to open previous session in Logic Pro X with the new and improved MPC 2.10 software the validation crashes and request that I install the MPC software which works fine on the same os system . Which means all of my Logic Pro X session going back to 2019 with the MPC as a plugin will not allow me to use my $2000 MPC X hardware as a plugin in Logic Pro x.
And why would AKAI not allow you to revert to a previous or it least have 2.9 available on their site filled with lots of hot new products.
Whats the point of releasing faulty software and not allow your users to revert back to previous version once a problem was identified?
