MPC Studio 1.9.7 import to MPC Beats or MPC 2

Hi there, I'm currently running MPC 1.9.7 software with a MPC studio Black on an Apple Mac Pro 13" 2013 - Mojave 10.14.8.
However, i want to also use Logic which would require me upgrade this OS. I understand that i wouldn't be able to MPC 1.9.7 on an upgraded version of the Mac OS. I think that i maybe able to use MPC Beats or MPC on later Mac OS, but would i be able to import projects (samp, progs and seq) started on with MPC 1.9.7 over to MPC 2 ?
Or do you have any over suggest to help with my dilemma ?

1.9.7 projects should be fine, they will get converted to the newer format.
