Can’t get my software to run?

Hi y’all! First post.

I’m a proud new owner of a live.

I’ve registered and downloaded the software however when I click on the mpc icon a window resembling bios appears then I get this error message…?

“Could not find imported function in specified DLL.”

Do not ask me what DLL? Don’t ask me what function? Don’t ask in general I’m perplexed?

I’ve tried to contact Akai but I ain’t heard jack shit from them!!!

Hopefully someone or somebodies can help me get the mpc up and running ASAP?

You need to at least tell us which windows OS version you are trying to run it on
