I'm not sure that the MPC Software has any type of signature sound. Are you referring to the fact that the MPC works with all audio as 32 bit float? The only way to retain that is to perform an audio mixdown of a complete sequence, where 32 bit float is an option. But exporting individual samples as 32 bit samples is not possible, in fact there are no options to save/export existing audio at a different bit rate than that at which it was originally loaded or created in. 24 bit is the highest bit rate you can record audio as.

A pretty useless endeavor. You'll only be wasting space on your hard drive, especially if the samples were of lower bit depth. And of course there will be absolutely zero gain in terms of sound quality.
