.sxq files not importing with project data

Hi there, I have saved some projects made on my mpc live 2 onto an sd card and they are opening fine on the hardware unit. But when I open the project on the MPC 2.0 software all the info from the project data file is imported except the sequence data in the .sxq file, essentially leaving me with a blank project. I have done this transfer successfully in the past, the only thing I’ve changed recently was I updated the live to 2.10 but my computer is too old to support the upgrade so it is still running mpc 2.9, not sure if that would cause it. Any help or information would be greatly appreciated

Yes indeed, that would be it. 2.10 projects are not backward compatible. Decision time - new computer or stay stuck on 2.9 firmware on your MPC.
