Slicing by Transients partally works

Hi,
I tried sampling a vst drum plugin, normalize and then slicing it by transients ,but found out if the sample is ~30 seconds there is no detection .
Trimming the sample to 10sec , then it works
Can anyone reproduce it ?

PS. I don't want to use autosampler because it creates keygroup instead of drum program

Use autosampler just to create the samples then assign them to a DRUM program. You can just ignore the keygroup program

Or create a sequence with your plugin with equally spaced events , bounce to sample, chop by region

that sounds interesting , didn't think about it at all , unfortunately I've already started similar process on Reaper where I can remove silence and bounce it's slice as wav ,

As for the autoslice by transient bug , is it new ?

Transient slicing has been buggy for some time, I often encounter files which simply refuse to auto chop. It's definitely not a new issue.
