Mpc software not playing in reason

Hey I'm new to this so please forgive me if the topic is already covered for I did not discover anything that solves my issue ... I've recently purchased the mpc software after testing it out with MPC beats..I'm recording from mpc software to reason..at first everything plays and even allows me to arrange but recently..when I go to previous sessions there is no sound coming from mpc software, not when you press play or use the keyboard ..note light flashes but no sound unless you click a pad in mpc with your mouse..if any one knows how to help ..please solve video and pictures attached https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iEa568LZrO4
