Setting pads to Full Level and Randomize Velocity

Hi there, I'm trying to set pads to Full Level on MPC software and then Randomize the velocity so that the pad velocity, when recorded, will be randomly somewhere between 100-127.

I'm unable to get this down on the software. I don't even see where you can set the pads to Full Level.
