Hi All -

Does anyone know if multiple Projects can be Archived at the same time. E.g. Select Source Drive with Projects and then invoke File>Export>Archive Project Function and the system processes all selected projects and creates discrete Archive Files for each Project. I hope explained this with proper context and clarity.

Use Case:

Producer has created a bundle of Projects for a Client in a named directory and would like the ability to select all the Projects within the directory and call the Archive Project Function and have the system create discrete Archived Project Files in a single step Vs. having the invoke the Archive Function for each Project.

We acknowledge and understand the compression gains are not enormous but on portable media all gains are value add. Our goal is to reduce time in our Workflow$

Workarounds Include but are not limited to:

Legend: Pros(+)/Cons(-):

A. Backup Drives

+ Part of Routine Back Process
- No File Compression
- Portability requires secondary step to copy Files from Source to Portable Media
- Archiving requires each discrete file to be Archived

B. Copy the Files "AS IS" to Portable Media or Network

+ Portability Achieved
- No File Compression
- Archiving requires each discrete file to be Archived

Hoping someone has some ideas.
