Is it possible to load 2 drumkits such that the first kit is loaded into A0-A15 and the second is loaded into B0-B15 so that I can just switch pad bank to 'B' to access the second kit?

One program per track, but you could merge your two kits. Use Edit > Program > Copy Pads
