MPC Beats Update Cleared my Project File

I just updated MPC to version 2.8.3 Beats through the MPK Mini Software manager, and when I opened up the project file I've been working on, none of my sequences, or anything is saved. The files still seem to be stored locally in my Documents folder. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

2.8.3 is not an update, I believe it was the initial release version, it should be at least 2.11, possibly 2.12. I suspect you've somehow downgraded your version, hence your projects no longer working correctly. There should be a 'check for updates' option, hit that and download the latest version.
