Some preview sample sounds are cut off in MPC Beats DAW

Does anyome has similar issue?
I've been searching quite sometimes now in this forum, but I haven't been able to find an answer yet.
The problem is as follow:
When I browse the some samples in MPC filter view, especially Kicks and snares, the audio works but the sound is cut off. When I assigned those samples to my midi pads, I have the normal sound.
I'm using Windows 10 Version 10.0.19045 and an audio interface UMC204HD.

1- I tried different audio settings, also with my PC sound card (sampling frequency, buffer size, remove special effects,..), but it didn't help.
2-I've also remove the UMC204HD and used only my laptop audio card instead.

With the laptop audio card, I've tried to play the .wav directly from my laptop Hard Disk with Windows Media Player and it worked fine (normal sound).
However, the exact same sample from the MPC Beats, the audio is still cut off.

This last troubleshooting makes me think that there is some issue/bug within the MPC DAW.

Any idea is welcome

Go to edit > preferences and locate the audition settings (sorry can’t remember which section this is located within). Make sure this are set to 30 seconds (unlimited might also be an option in the software)
