MPC crashes on startup

Hi.
After using MPC Beats, I bought MPC 2 and encountered a problem.
The program starts on the second or third attempt, and the specified audio settings reset every time. This happens on both my desktop and laptop with integrated sound cards.
I tried installing an earlier version, 2.8, which is stable compared to 2.14. When I updated to 2.14, all the same issues reappeared.
Has anyone faced similar problems and what are the possible solutions?

Computer and OS details please

Desktop AMD Ryzen 7 3700X, 32gb, win10, iFi Audio Zen.
Laptop intel i5 10gen,win11, 16gb, integrated audio (asio4all)

I'm not aware of any known issues in 2.14 that lead to crashes like this across multiple Windows OS versions, perhaps it's related to a conflict with a plugin or other software that you have installed on both systems?

Desctop: Ableton, Vital, Arturia, Surge, MS-20, Kilohearts FX-pack
Laptop: Ableton, Vital, Arturia MS-20, Ni Raum, Valhalla Delay

Try deactivating desktop resolution size settings or whatsitcalled. Other settings than 100% are problematic.

Other than that, do issues occur with administrator privileges, too?
