Newbie to VIP, store free plugins need an activation code?

Hello very new to all this so sorry if it's a daft question, but I have been looking at the store on Akai VIP and it lists a number of items as "free" examples being LOOM synth, Vacuum PRO synth etc. However when you download these you are then asked for an activation code that seems to cost $99.99, so these appear not to be free? just checking I am not missing something obvious.

Purchase activation codes are usually there if purchased with the same email address.

Thanks for the reply, yeah I have in music and it is just showing the items that came with the APC 25key. It must be a trail dressed up as a free plug in I think.
