Can't Access Bought Plugins

I just bought Jura and the whole collection of plugin instruments (Fabric,strings,ext) for my MPC Live 2. Spent well over $600. I go to my inMusic profile, and they're not there. I installed them onto my laptop, but they need serial numbers. I got the email for my receipt but I don't have any serial numbers and I can't access them on my laptop and they won't show up on my MPC in wifi mode. I'm getting very frustrated that I spent all this money and can't get them to work. I made a ticket for inMusic but they haven't gotten back to me.

If you purchased from akai the activation is stored in your inmusic account, which needs to match the email you used during checkout. If that’s not the case you’ll have to get akai to fix this for you. Once fixed you can log into your account In your mpc and the activations will sync

The support ticket you already have should do the trick, but they can take a couple of days to respond

Alright, thanks for helping me feel a tiny bit better. It's definitely not a good feeling spending almost a months rent of something you can't use. I couldn't find anything to message akai, but I did the ticket through inMusic. I just wish I could start making some music with those new plugins.
