can't run MPC Beats on Windows 11 with a Standard User

I just installed MPC Beats on my son's PC wich runs Windows11. My son has a "Standard User" account in that PC (not "Administrator"). My problem is:

• I can run MPC Beats on that PC as an Administrator
• he can't run it and when launching it we get no errors or warnings
• I can run MPC Beats on another PC with Windows 10 both as Administrator and as Standard User

Did anybody else got into this issue. I tried re-installing with no success. Is there some workaround?
