What’s up guys ?!

I recently purchased waves plugin which I didn’t realize are AU’s and when I go to preferences I don’t see a checkbox for it there. What should I do?

Secondly, when my mpc software loads it no longer brings up the templates to choose from. It doesn’t load if I go to tool bar and click new project either. What should I do?

When you open the desktop software, go into Preferences > Plugins. Towards the top you see the VST folders on your computer, and right under that there is a checkbox that says "Use Audio Units."

Click that, then re-scan your plugins. If they still don't appear, re-scan again using "Re-scan All."

As far as I know Waves does not release AU only plugins, if you bought them from a reputable source you should have an account at Waves and be able to download the VST version. The MPC2 software on Mac supports AU and VST but you have to enable AU in the MPC preferences.
