Hello MPC ppl,
I have a standalone mpcx and software version on my MacBook. Today I decided to purchase another instrument as Black F Friday deals. I did this as usually over PayPal, however they completely changed things around? All I got is just email they activated my software and that's it, no pop up software download link nowhere , no link that would direct me toward any link to download my purchase, literally nothing. I have checked my in music account, all my previous purchases are there apart from the one with stage piano, so it doesn't exist, no purchase in my software on mac no purchase on my standalone... Akai sent only the email to download some software called inMusic Software Centre, downloaded this but this seem to show `Don't have any software/ hardware downloaded not even mpc 2 on my mac that is there for 2 years that exists on my both mac and standalone?? ~This is totally Unacceptable Royal Mess what they done and don't even know where to start? Can anybody help ? Its really upsetting, It used to be such an easy system- I put things in my basket , check out, paid, then an download link just popped out on my screen , now it didn't - instead I got this email with some weird in Music Centre manager that after downloading it there is nothing inside what I own that thing doesn't seem even to recognize any of my previous purchases ( loads of expansions, plug in its- everything is with status either "deactivated" or its simply not there ( 90 % of my purchases isn't even there ) . I really don't know what to do? I spend my money on software that seem to be invisible to download. On my akai website account after logging in to my in music profile there are all my previous purchases all but the latest stage piano I purchased and never got any link to download apart from this useless email how to instal this new useless in music software center... is that sort if a scam?
EDIT: just read the latest reviews of this crappy in Music software and this is real!!! 99 per cent reviews are 1 star and people are saying its a total garbage and they NEVER got their software or money back if purchased from AKAI website... Check in Music on trust pilot and its all there = its like my case just multiply many times over= taken money, no link to download the software, no response from customer service??? What is happening to AKAI ? time to move into different eco system?
