Hi all!
You can run into serious CPU load problems if you use an MPC (key or any MPC with a MIDI keyboard) to play some different music instruments (live use).
I like the approach of Chris Vella to load many instruments and change or layer them instantly. Set them to MERGE in the "Channel Mixer" and mute/unmute on the fly in "Track Mute". See https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-WahYXeEJkM
So I put together an expansion pack with low mem samples of my synth (22 instruments) - called TINYKEYS. See https://github.com/zooxo/tinykeys
Feel free to try and use it - and drop me any feedback to improve it.
