Recording Vocals in MPC Beats

I'm new to the MPC software and music production in general. I'm trying to record vocals with layering but I can't figure out how to do that with only 2 audio tracks in each sequence. I know you can do several sequences, therefore have more audio tracks, but if I have the song that I'm adding vocals on in one sequence and then add several sequences after of vocals they won't line up, so how do I do this? Please help
