anybody has a copy of kimeramusical.com PDF tutorials?

The website doesn't exist anymore but it had a section with PDF tutorials on MPC Beats that were really good. I searched on archive.org but even there I can't download their PDFs.
I'm wondering if somebody still has a copy of these files because they hit the right spot being concise and easy to follow and still good enough to get started in little time with MPC Beats.

I'd really appreciate any help finding these files!

That's just one of the files. The next one was the most relevant and it appears to be corrupted when downloaded from archive.org.
