I Time Stretched A Loop But It Doesn't Play To The End.

I time stretched a drum break. I assigned it to a pad. It's a 2 bar loop. It's the only sample in the program. When I trigger it to play, it stops playing at the 4th snare in the loop. When I went to look at it in sample edit, the red marker is located where the sample stops playing. The program won't allow me to drag the red marker to the very end of the sample. I dragged and dropped the sample many times, even creating a new sample and it does the same thing.
