So I have an MPC Live and I got the IK Multimedia iRig Pro DUO so I’m using my iPad mini as a sound module with the iRig I’m using it to send a MIDI signal from the MPC to my iPad but I want to record what I sequence back into my MPC and keep everything sequenced which I can sequence my sounds but now how do I record it back into my MPC I’m trying to avoid using a laptop or any other gear since I like that everything is portable and don’t want to carry any more gear I emailed akai and they said it’s possible to record back into the mpc but did not let me know how to do this so if anyone can help would really appreciate it I also looked on YouTube and no luck so if I can figure this out or someone let me know I feel like making a video on how to do this so I can help the next person

Simple: the iRig Duo has audio left and right outputs on the side - run a line from those to the inputs on the Live. When you're done sampling, unplug the lines from the Live and put them back into your mixer (or whatever you're monitoring through).
