X/Y Fx crash MPC Live

Ive had the MPC Live for less than a week, had several different crashes happen, 2 relating to x/y fx page, not sure if this mpc is safe to use live like the name implies, my 2500 is way more stable. Currently stuck on x/y fx page, can still use transport and pads but screen wont respond, had to do a hard reset, apon restart i get a msg mpc wasnt shut down correctly. any other way to do this, if my data gets corupted i will be returning the unit. otherday had full 2minutes of crash before it restarted. both times it crashed i think i have been on the delay section of x/y fx. how long till we expect a fix for this? also on the main cog icon settings page the screen response is super laggy is this normal or do i have a faulty unit? Ive tried to register on akai support but the re-capture system is broken and cant register

It sounds like you might have a problem unit, it isn't normal to experience any of those problems. Ring Akai for support or just return it to the store where you bought it.
