Clip mode question

I am starting to use Live in clip mode and well, after some difficulties I start having fun with it.
It works fine if you just prepare the clips with a computer to trigger them without warping.
The only problem is I cannot make clip start as I push play. Actually pushing play resets all and so i have to wait some bars for clips to start.
Any suggestion?
