Question about Expansions from Air

Hy,

as i bought the Akai MPC live..
i gad from Akai a lot of Stuff for exemple Mini Piano from Air or a lot of FX from Air..
I installed all of them on my Mac mini but can not find them in the MPC Software.
i would like to import them into the MPC live... Is it possible
I dont understand the Difference bei the Expansions..
All expansion from Akai.. i have them allready on my MPC live...

In the software, Preferences > Plugins , make sure all the folder paths to your plugins are correct, perform a scan. Should all now appear as plugin options.

I have a related question...

I went from the Touch to the Live. My Live account references 2.0 versions of instruments, expansions, etc. I'm really only interested in the multi-instruments (and samples, but those are easily identifiable).

1. Does The Vault 2.0 contain any multi-sampled instruments?
2. Are there differences between The Vault that came with the Touch and The Vault 2.0 that come with the Live?

I have a set VST instruments (MusicLab) that the MPC refuses to recognize. AU version scanned just fine, so I've put off addressing this. Paths are good as all my other VST versions scanned fine.

I also have issues with some Air stuff (probably effects) since I upgraded to the Live. I don't think I re-downloaded the 2nd set of instruments as I already had them. Maybe I need to register the Air Effects via iLok?

I reinstalled the mini Piano... no chance...
i have after the Scan alot of new effects.. from air .. can i use them on the MPC live and how kann i get

I Registred all stuff from Air via Ilok .. they all works fine.. only the Mini Piano wont work..

Checked my iLok account and my FX are registered. I'll triple check the location, but this is odd. I wish MPC would provide more detail behind the fail.

The FX are available and work in Logic, so the plugins themselves are fine.

You should verify the path where you installed them, there might be a problem

I will quadruple check, but I'm 99.99% certain I've included the path. I have the same issue with a set of VSTs failing the scan in the same location with others that scanned successfully. I had chalked that up to maybe compatibility and have been relying on the AU versions. No way I should be having issues with the Air effects though. Hoping for .01%!

And their new bug submission set up is not resulting in responses for me. I've not heard back from them. Last issue I had, they were on the phone with me in days.
