MPC Live Infernal error (can't load projects)

Hi guys.

I have a major problem with my Live. It seems like i can't open the projects saved to the Infernal drive, at least most of them. When i try, it gives me this message:

/media/az01-internal-sd/mpc documents/project_name

I have tried saving projects to thumb drives, and it works just fine. But as i can't access the interna harddrive in any way, i can't move the files or resave them.

I have already lost a good deal of cool projects and samples, and it is really annoying.

Has anyone tried this and found a solution?

Contact Akai, I suspect you'll need a new Live. In the interim, save only to external drives. I would do that any way as currently there's no way to backup anything saved on the internal, and backing up your work is an essential part of your workflow.

So you can´t access the internal HDD from outside? Really?

Do you have the latest update installed? If so and you still have this issue, you will need to have your unit replaced.

NOOOO! I have the exact same error message on my mpcX. I have had that error through the past few updates. external solutions work fine for saving data. this is maddening
