Also, the ableton link via wifi, if I understood correctly its basically just syncing ableton and mpc live? so iIcan`t transfer any midi or audio data between ableton and the mpc live via wifi? (audio would be probably to heavy anyway i guess)

It would just be a windows / Mac file transfer.

Outside of being connected to the mpc software, and or midi mode enabled the mpc will only show as storage.

Admittedly the nks and native browsers are fantastic but they could also be a hindrance sometimes leading me down the path of preset browsing for hours on end and losing focus on what I was trying to achieve..

This is one of the main reasons why I made the move from Maschine to MPC (Live). I was browsing for sounds sometimes for hours and not making a lick a music.

glad it's not just me then, I also prefer the workflow now I've adjusted to it and I haven't been near the software since I switched as I've been able to complete everything I've done on the hardware so far.. can't wait for the 2.4 FX and mix plugs
