MPC LIVE / X - Humanize vs time correct !!!!

As an old MPC 1k user, I find this new humanize feature interesting as I have never been a quantize person. The reason I got the MPC back in 2006 was to break out of the electribe quantize. I’ve been experimenting with the MIDI features this week. I was wondering does any1 have any insight or tips ?

I don't use it very often. There are more options in the humanize screen in comparison to TC. Takes too long to dial in the settings. Also to see all the options it is necessary to scroll the page down... Yuck. Also, it would be far more useful to be able to preview the changes in real time. When I do use it there is a lot of: dial in the settings > apply > undo > repeat.

I use time correct for my swing settings and nothing else. I rarely requantize track patterns. I actually prefer to use the grid and list editors for nudging notes and the step sequencer for adjusting velocities when needed.
